Even with harsh weather still hanging on, spring is definitely in the offing. Birds are returning, trees are starting to show buds and the grass is starting to turn green again.
Now is the time to start gathering your castaways for Valley Waste's April Spring Cleanup day for Centrelea.
What Goes:
- washer, dryer, stove
- fridge, freezer, air conditioner, dehumidifier - with CFC sticker
- furniture, mattress
- water tank, boiler
- carpet (rolled in 4ft lengths)
- construction waste (tied securely in bundles)
- Pine needles (in clear bags)
- Small auto parts (no fuel or fluids)
- Empty oil storage tank
- fridge, freezer, air conditioner, dehumidifier - with CFC sticker
What Doesn't:
- leaves and brush
- cardboard boxes
- large or heavy auto parts
- household hazardous waste, paint & motor oil
- propane cylinders
- automotive tires
